Help with the app

Say which version of OpenRAR you use (OpenRAR › About OpenRAR) and which version of macOS. If an archive won’t open, tell us its format and what OpenRAR says; if you can, attach the archive or a link to it. We only use it to find the problem, and delete it afterwards.

Business licences

• Buying: see pricing. For 1,000 seats or more, write to us for a quote, paid by Stripe invoice.
• Lost licence key: get it again by email on openrar.app/license.
• Adding seats, transferring a licence, invoices: write to us with your licence key or the email used at checkout.
• Refunds: within 30 days, no questions asked. See the refund policy.

Privacy requests

To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, write to support@openrar.app from the address concerned. The privacy policy says what we collect and why.
